What a smooth sailing service experience!! I called ahead to book my appointment, dropped the vehicle off using the drop key service the previous night. Early the next morning DeGroote-Hill called to say the service was completed. All was good!
I was able to pay by credit card over the phone, with my vehicle dropped off to my home with their courtesy shuttle service within the next half hour.
Bonus! I had a $20.00 off coupon that I was able to redeem.
Second bonus; the dealership gave me a $25.00 gas coupon to activate on line as a thanks for my repair order!
